The hotel itself was ok however they state that rooms have block out blinds and this is not correct and my pool view room was opposite the gym and children’s areas which they kept the lights on all night which came straight through the in to my room and kept me awake every night, I asked the night manager 5 times in the one night to turn them off which he just did nothing about, never again

This property is very beautiful, clean, and convenient to shopping and sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is wide ranging and well done. The staff was very accommodating and always asking if I needed anything. Very good price for this level of comfort in this area! Will stay here again!

Incredibly overpriced for what is meant to be a 4 star hotel. The staff are equal to the friendliest I have encountered in Bali, however even this cannot make up for the pricing, poor communication and exceptionally dated rooms.
