"We were greeted at the Entrance and checked in with the help of the customer service team. All went smoothly and shown up to our rooms. Extra duvet was requested and the sorted promptly. Stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5. Beach clean and tidied daily, pool areas the same. Entertainment team were brilliant and all spoke English. "Our 4 night stay at Adavillas was lovely. (2 families 8 pax) It is a complex of villas of two floor and a root garden on the top with a private swimming pool each. Our (deluxe level) had breathtaking views across Kusadasi Bay. The staff is really kind and available 24 hours a day for any need. To get around or get into the city you need to have a means of transport. Thank you for the pleasant stay"

"Window screens or AC in the first floor is a must. Both were missing hence we had a difficult time with mosquitoes. Otherwise, as a family we had really good time. 10/10 Excellent

"Location was sublime: the hotel was directly on the sea and its main restaurant had seating on a pier that jutted out into the sea. Views and especially sunsets were spectacular. Backside of hotel also had jaw- dropping view of a sheltered harbor where cruise ships docked. Breakfasts were huge with lots of variety in food choices (although the only downer: no expresso/cappachino machine) and both indoor and outdoor seating. Pool area was beautiful, with lots of plush lounges, umbrellas, and even cabanas. Staff was efficient, but very warm and helpful in every way, especially the chief receptionist (I believe her name was Omer) who got me settled at check-in, the friendly bell hop who delivered my luggage, and the men who parked my car for me each day. I definitely would recommend this hotel."

"The staff was friendly however incapable, there was no soap, shampoo, dnd in the room, the safe was locked there was no personal available to open it for the next three hours, no zero or light drinks available at the bar or restaurant, the elevator to the beach did not function, the person at the reception desk at 7AM didn’t know how to call a taxi."

"Excellent service! Check in was processed by the manager And then the vice manager came to check if I need anything. Staff very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast with lots of hot and cold options and inside/outside sitting areas. The room was very clean and has an awesome view on the port and sea."
