On our last day I wanted to take unobstructed panoramic pictures of the ocean and the staff took me up to the Palm Beach Club which we didn’t have access to just to take the pictures. They had amazing kids’ activities…I just wish we were told about it sooner…we found out about them on our 2nd to last day. The guy at the car rental lacked personality and was argumentative when we returned the car late...

"It’s a very safe property. Need a key to get into the complex as well as two locks to the unit. Dedicated parking spot. Close to Surfside beach and to downtown (15 minute walk). Nice pool. Air conditioning works well. Water pressure and temperature great. Located in a residential area. Quiet and peaceful. Clean unit and communicative hosts. Would definitely recommend if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of a big hotel area and you want to unwind after a long day in...

"We loved this location and property. It is a gem. Michael the host greeted us upon arrival. He answered all my questions promptly through our stay. The unit was extremely quiet. The pool and grounds was beautiful. We ate breakfast every morning outside at the dining table. Coffee, sugar, and tea was provided. "

"The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly...
