✅ the pool ❌ the room is smelly, no one come to clean the room or at least collect the rubbish. ❌one if the tv channel not working,no voice, the staff said wait till other rooms complained about it,then the will look into it. ❌overpriced with below average services and room conditions.

The room 2219 smelled musty, the sheets did not change and there were stains. moldy ceilings. first time staying in a hotel like this. regular breakfast, nasi lemak and bread. which is ok is a strong shower. parking ok.

Old wing building in very very sad condition. Old & smelly toilet, exhaust fan not working in the toilet resulted uncomfortable smell. Boring tv channel. Less power-point-plug inside the room. Hard for charging. Old AC and not working properly. No iron/iron board provided. Hot water working fine. Last two year staying at new wing we got no issues. Nice pool for adult & children.

Family Short Vacay

Our twin sharing room is spotlessly clean & beds were comfy. Whereas the double bed queen room needed upgrading as its interior looked outdated and gloomy.

清潔かというと...

部屋に入った瞬間からカビの匂いが... エアコンもの水滴がベッドに飛んできたり... ホコリやカビも見られました、、、。 1泊だけだったので何とかなりましたが、ホテルをハシゴしたので、比べてしまう部分もあり、安価なホテルより劣るのはちょっといただけない気がしました。

The room we booked was very dirty. The aircond leaked and dust was everywhere. The bathroom was like a public toilet. I had to downgrade to another room only to get a better room and clean bathroom. They made the bed but my toddler can do it better. Not worth to pay RM300 for a big room but had to downgrade to get a cleaner room. Better to stay at nearby chalet instead.

The room is full of dust (table, desk, tv and floor). The room was not packed when we checked in. The kettle is also dusty and rusty. The clogged bathroom caused water to stagnate while we were bathing. on our second, we asked for a packed room and a stained-glass bathroom. but unfortunately when we returned to the room at night, the room was still in the same condition, unpacked. during my check-in I had a cold due to dust allergy.

Cherating est une ville morte avec peu voir pas d'activité. Moyen de transport pas evident en bus et donc prévoir taxi. Les prix sont élevés pour ce que cela représente. Pas de surfeur en vue ;).

Bad experience during vacation with family

This is bad experience especially with Family for holiday! I am being charged almost closed to "double" by booking via hotels.com by comparing to the checked in day rate. The hotel room basically with old furniture and smelly and totally different from the photo posted in Hotels.com website. I supposed stay in the non-smoking room but my daughter found the cigarate waste in the drawer and found the expired food in the refrigerator! I booked the hotel for 2 days and I checked out on the next day and book another day hotel in Kuantan.
