Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Needs to catch up to suitable standards

No pool towels, no microwave, no stove, no toilet roll for one bathroom Gym was locked kids play room locked One key for the whole 3 room apartment- so if one member needs to swim the others in the room have no TC a/c or electricity
