Air conditioner switched off itself in the middle of the night, we wanted to give a bad review but when we checked out n told the receptionist. They were very friendly n melted our heart to do so.Apart from the air cond, everything was good

Basic and Clean.

Minimal fuss check in. There are steps to the lifts and that is not good for those with heavy luggage. Clean beddings and room.

Need to improve on managing reservation.

I made my booking 4 days before my stay but on that day they sell my room. I even give them a call on that day to confirm my booking yet they sell my room. However they manage to upgrade me to a better room at last.

Amenities in room was different stay for two nights first night in twins room was provide hair dryer and mirror in room but second night stay in family room didn't provide hair dryer and didn't get any mirror in room just get the mirror in bathroom only very difficult to makeup and dress up.Amenities in room need improve more.
