Das Personal war stets freundlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück und abendbuffet war ansprechend und abwechslungsreich, die Zimmer sind geräumig und gepflegt. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die bushaltestelle von wo aus man direkt nach Dubrovnik fahren kann. Das Hotel bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung."

"Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice. Other than that it is a great space up several flights of stairs."

"Excellent communication and location! Steps are everywhere in Old Town . It was great for us to enjoy the space and food & fun just outside the entry! Sloped ceiling so if you are really tall you could bump your head. Lovely owners !"

"The hotel is located right inside the old town and is just a short walk to the nearest exit at Pile Gate. Check-in is at another location but is close enough. The room is a bit small but is clean and well equipped with good quality amenities. Although breakfast was not included as an option, there is no shortage of restaurants nearby."

"I had a wonderful stay at La Vita e Bella in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. My room (Room 1 at La Vita e Bella IV) was recently renovated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. It had a small espresso maker with pods, a teapot, a tiny safe, and even fresh fruit. The bed was so comfortable, with soft white robes, luxurious towels, and a beautiful bathroom featuring both a large tub and separate shower. "You will get the best view of Dubrovnik old town from almost everywhere in excelsior hotel. Breakfast is very good both in variety and quality. Rooms are in good standard, very clean and comfortable. Service are excellent. A bit pricey but if you don’t mind spending more for nice view and service, this hotel is a very good choice. Walkable distance to and from the old town (~10min)"

"The La Vita Bella group excels at making your stay feel special. Even though our room was small, they went above and beyond to provide the extras (robe, slippers, fruit, coffee/tea). The space was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring (and walking up 100+ steps from the main avenue). The staff were extremely polite and friendly and very helpful. It was great to have a space to store luggage with them. Would highly recommend as a place to stay in Old Town."
