Sockerslottet is such a gem! Found this a bit by accident when I needed a place to stay during a work trip. I'm so happy that I did! I had a very nice welcoming, the room was both spacious, well-decorated and perfectly clean. I especially loved the "little extra", freshly baked cookies and coffee machine in the lobby. I will definitely be staying here again soon. Thank you!

A really nice change

Beautiful small hotel in a converted church. Rooms aren't large but they are very clean and well furnished. Owners are very nice and very helpful. Nothing really for us at breakfast as we have dairy allergies and are vegan anyway, but I know a small boutique hotel can't cater for everyone so no problem there at all. Great location, everything walkable, decent Chinese Restaurant across the street, waterfront restaurant along the river, free parking at the hotel a bonus too. As in many hotels in Sweden the beds are very soft in the middle, but again it's not a complaint because it's very common here and I guess the Swedes like a soft bed :-) so then, overall I would highly recommend this lovely little hotel and would be happy to stay again.

Fantastiskt liten pärla till hotell

Hotell i en ombyggd kyrka. Jättefint hotellrum med väldigt skön säng. De två sängarna i rummet hade lite olika fasthet så man kunde välja den som passade en bäst. Bra wifi, och möjlighet att streama till TV:n. Jättefin frukost.

Meget smakfull ombygging av en gammel kirke til hotell med gjennomført sans for detaljer. Grstis tilgang til kaffe ("alle sorter") te, vann, kaker og snacks under hele oppholdet. Det ble noe varmt på rommer med utetemp på 32 grader.

En kvarglömd laddare gick inte att hämta dagen vi lämnade hotellet då det var stängt och ägarinnan inte ville komma och öppna vårt rum. Skickades till oss på vår egen bekostnad. För övrigt bra. Fina rum, kaffe och kakor bjöds på, god frukost. Vi kommer nog tillbaka.
