"Väldigt trevligt hotell med enklare SPA i källaren. Toppen frukost och bra middags möjligheter. Fint och bekvämt rum, extra plus att det fanns kylskåp på rummet"

"Ett helt underbart hotell i centrum Vi kommer tillbaka"

"Friendly, helpful young staff. Big breakfast buffet. Walls and carpet in hallway needed repairs/replacement in some places, but room was fine."

"Hotellet levererade på mycket skön säng, god middag och frukost samt välkomnande personal. Jag tyckte också utomhuspolerna var fina och planerar komma tillbaka när inomhusdelen av deras spa öppnar."

"The building is a little older and in need of some upgrades. Our shower was an old bathtub and awkward to stand in. The spa and rooftop pool, view and bar are all fantastic. The breakfasts are amazing. Staff was incredibly helpful. Overall we loved our time in Karlstad!"

"Sentralt og bra. Go frukost!"

"Hyggelig personale, fine rom (oppusset). God mat."

"Hotel pulito, posizione centrale ,mancavano giochi per bambini ."

"Mycket bra"

"The room is basic and clean. We only needed it for one night, so as a place to sleep it was fine. The best parts were the front desk staff. One helped us with getting a spot to charge our electric car on the fly, even though we hadn't reserved a spot. The other, when our plans had changed and we couldn't stay for the breakfast we'd paid for, packed two very lovely breakfast bags for us to take with us on the road. Budget hotel with luxury hotel staff."

"Einfaches, sauberes Zimmer. Schade, gibt es kein Abendessen-Angebot. Das nächste Restaurant ist 20 Min. Fahrzeit entfernt."

"Ikke fornøyd! Hyttene trenger å pusses opp. Kommer ikke til å dra dit igjen."

"👍"

"Sehr Zentral und gute Lage."

"Fantastiskt läge, mycket hjälpsam personal"
