"We had super easy to follow instructions for checking in and how to work everything there and about the local shops. Great location for going on tours just 50 meters from tourist bus stop 12. Had to contact the people once online and had instant reply. Every thing you could need for a stay. Wonderful to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment"

"The property was exactly as advertised and our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The location was great with it being easy to walk to any of the big tourists spots and there was parking. We reached out to the owners several times and they were amazing! The only item of not is the property is on a Main Street in a city across from a bus stop so there is some road noise but that is to be expected."

With two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, a dining room, a small kitchenette, and a balcony overlooking the main street, we had everything we needed and then some! There is a grocery store a block away and you are close to everything! Nice and vibrant downtown area and a close walk to the water. "Great central location, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Bar was very sparsely stocked. Room was very nice and clean and equipped, but some of the fixtured furniture was chipped and did not give a good impression relating to property maintenance. This was out of character with the rest of the hotel which was very well maintained."

"Highly recommended, I had an amazing stay!! One thing to be aware of is that the hot water in the shower and sink smells pretty strongly of sulfur, but the cold water has no smell."

"The Swan House is in a good area for accessing everything in Reykjavik. The apartment and neighborhood were quiet and the host was so helpful with prompt responses to emails. Lots of pubs and good places to eat within a few blocks. Convenience stores were also fairly close."

I called when the code didnt work and they told me they couldn't verify that I paid for early access but the money had already come out of my account.
