The staff were fabulous and all fluent in English, all friendly and helpful and kind. What a welcoming place! The hotel is close to a tram station so it’s easy to get to the centre, but the price is amazing— I had a lovely few days.

Good for a short or overnight stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel 6 to 7 times in as many months and yet reception still don’t recognise me…..I’d expect more! The room was as expected, clean roomy and I slept well.

The hotel was south of the river but convenient for the Kazimierz and Old Town areas if you don't mind a short stroll of 20 minutes or so. The hotel was quiet during our visit midweek at the end of March but has restaurant and bar facilities if required. The room maybe could have had the option of an extra sheet/blanket if you don't want the heating on all night, and the curtain didn't totally keep out the light from the courtyard, but it was all clean and in good working order with a room safe available.

Really nice new hotel near the river. We could walk to the Kazimierz district where all the restaurants and bars are located in about 5-10 minutes. I would recommend for a short city break to discover Krakow.

The stay was lovely however payment for the room was taken from my card in the middle of the night and was taken in GB Sterling not the local currency which would have been less expensive..I have contacted the hotel Xerion by email to correct this and refund me appropriately..I welcome your comments on this

Excellent value for money!

This is a really nice place, nearly completely new. There is a super cool atrium style where the rooms are, very unique! Rooms are really spacious. The showers are a bit too open, it splashes everywhere (but this is very nit picky, and doesn't really matter!). Breakfast was nice, too. Not the best in Poland, but still really great. This hotels is worth the money, and more! Would for sure stay again.

OK if you just want to sleep, but this is not a comfortable hotel, just a bed and a shower room, no English speaking TV channels. Breakfast service a bit hit and miss with food. Staff helpful, but don't order a taxi through them, they use a company called "i" taxi and they are charged me well over the normal rate going to the airport, you can get taxi's anywhere so do your own arrangement.

The room itself was very nice but the constant banging of door and smell of cigarettes coming threw the window from outside, I was in room 206 didn’t and was constantly disturbed by the banging of doors, I also found that the milk on the. Refreshments wasn’t topped up, this hotel was ok but could be so much better

Really nice look on the inside and drinks are nice and well priced. Unfortunately check in was delayed by over 30 minutes and no one offered a token of apology. The room was nice and clean and simple. I did have to ask for more tea/coffee/milk in two occasions and for some reason they don’t let you control your own air conditioning and have to keep asking the receptionist to turn it up or down. But for the price I am happy.

Booked this hotel as my trip had to be extended by a day due to a cancelled flight. The hotel has a lovely entrance and the staff on reception were welcoming. Our room was situated in the courtyard area. We booked a twin room and it was a double so the housekeeper fixed it with no issue:) When we returned to our room the room was boiling hot. Me and my sister tried to work the air con but we didn’t think it was working correctly. The lovely man on reception came to check on it and hopefully fixed it for us. We left the door open for about 2 hours then closed it and as soon as we closed it it was roasting hot again. I went down to reception and the lovely reception man apologised and went to check another room for us. Our room was 33° at this point. The man found us another room and we moved where the air con was working. Overall it’s such a lovely hotel would have been better if the air con worked in the first room and we didn’t have to move at 23:30. However, I can’t fault the service and the quick actions of the staff. Would return again if in Poland.

Leider war der Fernseher im Zimmer Quer zu dem Bett. Das man nur seitlich Fernsehen schauen konnte, der Fernseher konnte man nicht nach links oder rechts bewegen. Die Sauberkeit war von Tag zu Tag abhängig, mal war es sehr gründlich, das andere mal hat man den Eindruck würde gar nichts gemacht.
