Nice hotel

I liked the Hotel Artur. I stayed here on a motoring trip around Poland. I'd visited Krakow previously so access to the city centre was not a high priority. Very convenient for motorways. Nice staff, nice room and nice restaurant.

Welcoming & Friendly Hotel

Such a lovely welcome from the reception staff. Very helpful and friendly at every opportunity. There was even a personal note left in my room making sure that I ask for help at any time. Fabulous food both at breakfast and served in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice, well equipped hotel. Has all necessary baby accessories. Could be cleaner though. Not thoroughly vaccumed or cleaned between and under the beds. Furniture is somewhat old and doors squeaky and don't close properly sometimes. Only some rooms have air-con and it is a feature of a 'deluxe' or 'superior ' standard. Breakfast is very good, many options to choose from but a bit overpriced.

Truly positive surprise

We stayed for one night on the way to the mountains as it was conveniently located for Wieliczka visit next day. We were very positively surprised. Firstly, I booked the room just one (instead of 4!) and with no breakfast. I realised an hour before arrival and the lady at reception was extremely helpful and adjusted my booking on the phone (as I booked family room there was no extra charge). We arrived late at night and there was absolutely no problem to check in. All was quick and smooth. The breakfast was offering a lot of choice of hot and cold food as well as sweets and fruit. Very nice coffee too, we returned for the second cup to enjoy on the sunny terrace opposite reception later. In the dining area, we were greeted with a smile and our children were happy to be able to pick all the food they fancied. On 1st floor there is quite good playroom, where our 4 and 7 year old had plenty of fun before we had to leave. The family room was very spacious and the bed surprisingly, truly comfortable. Overall the decor and furnishings are outdated but clean. Bedding and towels were perfectly fine, too. for a 3* hotel we were truly positively surprised. I believe it is the people who work there that make it also so much better. Thank you for being accommodating, welcoming and helpful!

Große Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten sind in den Zimmern eingebaut.Die Luft ist auch sehr gut wenn das Fenster auf ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ogólnie OK

Czysta i wygodna łazienka, dobre ciśnienie i odpływ wody pod prysznicem. Pościel czysta, pokój duży. Tuż obok hotelu przystanek i autobus świetnie skomunikowany z centrum Krakowa. Dojazd na kolację na Kazimierz zajmował 20 minut autobusem. Minusy: - duże pajęczyny przy łóżku, brak moskitiery w oknie co w pokoju na parterze zapewniło nam w nocy komary, Chcąc zapłacić za parking drugiego dnia usłyszałam, że parking mamy gratis, natomiast trzeciego dnia poproszono mnie o pełną opłatę za parking bo okazało się, że pani z recepcji miała na mysli kogoś innego. Pomylić gości w prawie pustym hotelu to już mała wpadka, a jeśli już to się zrobiło to wypadałoby przełknąć swoją pomyłkę. Niesmak pozostał.

Generalnie OK, standard adekwatny do ilości gwiazdek, czysto, wygodne łóżko, smaczne śniadanie, przy autostradzie. Nie lubię tylko, jak muszę płacić przy zameldowaniu bo czuję się traktowany jak podejrzany o jakieś niecne czyny.
