The apartment was nice, but had very limited windows - only in the bedroom, which meant it became quite hot and stuffy, even with the windows open. One of our key reasons for choosing the apartment was the pool and gym facilities. However these were really disappointing. The pool was very cold as was the hot tub and both were over crowded. The gym had very limited cardio equipment. The location is also not the best as it is a little out of the centre in the other side of the river. However taxis are really cheap and it is walkable if you like walking and time permits, but I think as a result we lost some of the atmosphere of the old town. The man on reception was nice and communication good initially, although when we checked out this morning we spent 30mins trying to find out what to do with the keys as no one was about or answering the phone. Overall on ok stay but improbably would Look for somewhere else if I visited again.

Svært fornøyd med oppholdet. Trygt og godt nabolag med vekter som passer på området rundt leilighetene på nattestid. Rommene er store, moderne, behagelige senger og stort og godt kjøkken. Kjempefint med basseng, jacuzzi, badstue noen få meter fra leiligheten. For å komme oss rundt så brukte vi Bolt som er billig og enkelt. De som jobbet der fikset sånn at vi fikk sjekka inn tidligere (om de hadde mulighet til det) etter en lang flyreise. Og det så var det så flott å kommunisere med resepsjonen gjennom sms og de svarte kjapt om det var noe. Vi kommer tilbake til dere neste gang vi besøker Krakow

Etablissement acceptable loin du centre ville

Etablissement sans aucune réception ; il s'agit plus d'un airbnb. Il a été impossible d'échanger avec nos hôtes et la seule fois où nous les avons vu pour récupérer nos valises cela a été glacial. La relation client est pourtant essentiel pour partager des conseils avec ses clients. Il me semble ... Au niveau confort le rapport qualité prix est très correct. Cependant l'établissement est plutôt à trente minutes à pied du Château du Wawel mais la ballade en longeant la vistule est très agréable. Attention la piscine en photo n'est pas dans l'établissement mais au club lemon situé à côté (comme la salle de sport) : la piscine est plus une patageoire pour enfants et le prix est dissuasif pour une heure (cf site web du club). Nous disposions du studio qui est de fait une véranda au toit vitrée donnant sur les balcons des appartements situés au dessus. C'est assez dérangeant pour l'intimité et pour les réveils tardifs ...

L'appartamento è molto bello e molto pulito. Il proprietario molto disponibile. Il centro è raggiungibile con una piacevole camminata di 10 -15 min. Molto piacevole l'idromassaggio a fine giornata.

Logement très propre, calme et très spacieux avec de grande pièce, literie confortable. Rien à redire sur le logement Le seul point négatif est que l’on nous vend un logement avec piscine dans la résidence, mais celle ci est payante en supplément par jour.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig. Das Schlafen ohne richtige Verdunkelung im Studio war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es fiel uns schwer bei der Anreise die Rezeption zu finden.

Appartamento moderno, pulito e spazioso, dotato di tutto:lavastoviglie,lavatrice, macchina del caffe', ventilatore e piccola aria condizionata. Fuoribdal centro ma comodissimo perche' con i mezzi ci si sposta facilmente, consiglio di utilizzare i mrzzi perche' visotando la citta a poesi alla fine della giornata si fanno veramente tanti chilometri. Perfekt placering. Gå afstand til Krakow centrum. Morgenmad lækker, dog viste vi ikke at man skulle gå 500 meter til Hilton hvor morgenmad blev serveret, men ingen problem i det. Fantastisk vært som hjalp ved modtagelse og afrejse. Så alt i alt, kan 100 % anbefales til familier der ønsker at bo tæt på alt i Krakow.

Lägenheten var fin men de två bäddsofforna som fanns var inte sköna. De saknade bäddmadrass vilket gjorde att de inte kändes så rena. Vi bokade lägenheten för att ha tillgång till bad. Det var ett allmänt bad vilket vi inte förstod. När vi försökte bada var det simskola och helt fullt i bassängen. Gymmet var väldigt bra. Både gym och bad kostade extra

Homey hotel with good hostess.

We stayed for four nights (two adult and one child) at the accommodation in July 2021 and had a very nice stay. The hostess was extremely helpful and communicative. She was a great aid both in connection to our stay in general and with organizing different tours for nearby tourists sites. The room was more homey than a regular hotel room, but had everything that we needed during out stay. We may return and can recommend other to stay here as well.

Pani która zajmowala sie nami byla bardzo pozytywnie nastawiona, bardzo sympatyczna i we wszyskim nam pomagala. Stan apartamentu na najwyższym poziomie. Stor rummelig lejlighed, både plusser og minus

Selve lejligheden er virkelig stor og rummelig. Flot indrettet og dejligt med plads. Skønt med tv i både stue og soveværelset. Virkelig lækker sofa, man kan flyde i efter Krakow er vandret rundt. Dejlig beliggenhed tæt på flod og slottet. Vi havde to børn med på 5 og 8, og de kunne gå til byen og retur. Dejligt stort køkken med tre skuffe fryser. Der står der kan være 6 personer i lejlighed, men der er ikke siddepladser nok til 6. Vi bookede dette hotel pga. Lejlighedens størrelse, indretningen og fordi der var pool. Men vi er skuffet over at poolen koster penge. Det har vi ikke kunne finde oplysninger om. Kostede (med rabat) 4 euro pr. Person pr. Gang. Vi prøvede ikke pool, da vi syntes det var for dyrt. Synes dette bør oplyses af hotels.com! Vi kunne godt tænke os, at der var 24 timers reception. Vi aftalte at tjekke ud og ligge nøglen i reception kl. 7.30 om morgenen. Men der var låst. Måtte ligge den i en lanterne og oplyste dette pr. SMS. Men lækker lejlighed, kæmpe badeværelse og skøn Walk in garderobe. Lige lidt få mangler i form af siddepladser hvis man er 6, måske et spisebord, men bardisken ved køkken fungerede okay. Dejlig store tv. Mikroovn ville være en ekstra plus, det var der ikke.

Very friendly service! Unfortunately the sauna was not working when I arrived but the next day it was resolved. There was info on minibar prices in the appartment, but I didn't see a minibar. There was no safe. Other than that, facilities were good, location nice. Appartment was clean and very spacious.
