"All the staff were really lovely and welcoming. HUGE shout-out to Mike though!! He was an absolute legend and nothing was ever too much trouble and he really saved the day when we were running late! The room was fantastic and well cleaned and stocked up. We wish we would've come in the summer as the roof terrace we were told was closed but we still had a fantastic time and it was in such a great location! Wonderful amenities nearby! Couldn't have been a better honeymoon! We are so grateful to Mike and all the team at L7 ❤️"

Livian was very helpful during my check in and provided me with good information about sites and directions. Nicole was friendly and provided great customer service.
