Taj Kumarakom Resort & Spa, Kerala
Lovely location amongst lush green gardens. Staff were great, especially the restaurant team, who made us feel at home. Loved afternoon tea, watching the sunset at the lakeside. Trips from the hotel are pricey, but we walked to the bridge and jumped on boats to explore the lake and backwaters.

The staff were good, friendly and polite 😊 Our room was clean and decent. Food good. We were a bit confused about the itinerary so maybe making it clearer would be helpful to future guests. Thank you 😊
