"I recently stayed at Maison W for a four night break with my sister. We’d been looking for self catered accommodation near the water front and Maison W was perfectly situated and had the added bonus of a reception desk too. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations - the rooms were immaculate with plenty of space and they had clearly put a lot of thought into the design as every detail had been thought of, and it felt like a luxury hotel with beautifully soft bathrobes and slippers! "Very nice and attentive staff. Asked for soap (dispenser in room was broken) and it was brought in 2 minutes. The shower was a bit of a challenge (small). Only had shampoo a soap- no conditioner. Location and entire area were amazing! Nice to have a pool. Breakfast had a lot of options and enjoyed our stay!"

10/10 Excellent
"So the first thing to say, based on other reviews, is that yes there is some noise from the bars and restaurants. If you want to stay in the old town this is what you get, whichever hotel. This is minimal and didn’t bother us at all. Stay out of the old town full stop if you don’t like background noise. The staff, especially the staff, the room and the general facilities were of a high standard and had everything we needed. Walk outside the door and you are in the heart of the town with everything within walking distance. Breakfast was buffet style and had everything we needed to set up for the day. It is served on a covered terrace and we had no issues finding a table. Nothing was too much trouble, including arranging airport transfers. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the old town. p.s air conditioning in the room was great and definitely welcomed after a day walking the town."

10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Hotel Palazzo was great! It was a quiet hotel and further away from Kotor Old Town, which we liked. The hotel staff was very helpful, attentive and nice. Their service made our stay much more pleasant. They let us enjoy the pool while we waited to check in. Their pool was lovely and relaxing, a definite plus under the summer heat. The hotel restaurant food was also delicious! They also helped us find our way to/from Kotor Old Town (which Old Town ended up being the least enjoyable part of our time there). Their parking is a bit difficult, because you have to drive up a steep hill, but I think this is how things are in the area. Lastly their rooms are clean and comfortable, but decoration and furniture could use a small upgrade. Their bathrooms are upgraded and really nice! All in all, the hotel is great and a nice quiet get away."
