"Good place to stay and very friendly staff"

"Great location in amazing surroundings. The amenities need a bit of care (door handles falling off ) and some additions. The name 'Deluxe Rooms' is misleading. It was more like a hostel with bare bones rooms and the washroom (which was great !) across from a public hallway. The breakfast was good, but nescafe' is not a good start to the day."

"The Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. The room was well appointed. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. The biggest issue is that the hotel is next to a bar/restaurant but every night played very loud music until 1 AM. The hotel is lovely and a great location. Again the staff was terrific, but unfortunately, I could not recommend because of the terrible noise level and I do think for a four star hotel, they should do something about that and improve the quality of their food."

"The property was very clean and extremely well maintained. We were disappointed in how small our room was and that there was no view of the ocean. And when they say it’s a garden view , it really is a garage view of cars that are parked there in the back. Otherwise Tatjana was very friendly and we had a smooth check-in. But do not expect to get what is shown in the picture."

"We have just returned after a 3-night stay here and we loved every minute. I had been given an upgrade due to being an independent travel agent, and we had an apartment including own balcony and hot tub!! We also had two bathrooms for the two of us as well. The staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from and it was so quiet. It is about half hour walk into Kotor, although sometimes we got a taxi on the way home. "Never responded to a shuttle request. So I had to rent a car. An added expense. They need someone to responded to multiple requests and messages to the client or Expedia. Breakfast was terrible. Left and not coming back! Stay away , stay Tivat , better hotels."

Entrei em contato com a propriedade e disseram que não poderiam me receber antes nem para deixar a mochila mesmo eu não fazendo o check in."

"Don't stay at that property. This is a tourism scam. The owner is a scammer and does not list their contact information during the booking process so you are unable to ask questions until it is too late, and you are physically at the door of the property and then he refuses to work with the guests. Upon arrival, there were no clear signs directing guests to check-in. The property is not clean and filthy with damp/musty smell. Stay away from this property."
