Local area, not touristy.

Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!

Promising but Disappointing

Here is the English translation: “High-end hotel but could be better. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is of good quality. The biggest downside for me is the cleanliness of the sofa and carpets in the room, which is unacceptable (cigarette burns, numerous stains…). Breakfast is average and the dining area noisy. Quite far from the city center, it can be difficult to find a taxi when there’s heavy traffic. In conclusion, it remains an average hotel.”

早く着いたら、早くチェックインさせてくれた。 部屋はまぁまぁ。3つ星レベル。窓からの眺めは良い。 ベッドは硬く、Wi-Fiは遅め。TVはスマートTVではない。プールがあり、そこからの眺めは良い。 朝食ビュッフェはRM21.2。朝食は種類がとても少なく、味も美味しくない。サラダもないし、egg stationも無い。 近くのibisの朝食ビュッフェは、３倍くらい種類が豊富で、RM20。朝食はibisの方が良い。

まぁまぁ

まぁまぁ。部屋の質もまぁまぁ。トイレに換気口があるが、換気扇は回っておらず、少し臭い。 また、Wi-Fiが弱く、複数のブラウザを立ち上げると止まりやすくなる。 テレビはスマートTVではないので、YouTubeを見れない。 ホテルはショッピングモールに繋がっているが、古く大した店は入っていないし、周辺環境も大したものはない。 ランチに行っている間に清掃するよう２度頼み、了承を得ていたが、一切やっていなかった。すぐにフロントに電話をして頼んだが、そこから更に30分来なかった。部屋で用事があるから、時間を指定して頼んだのに、結局用事の最中に掃除をされる羽目になり、迷惑だった。 コタキナバルは、全体的に良いホテルが全然ないので、選択肢がなく難しい。
