Pas de réception. Heureusement que je suis tombé par hasard (c était minuit) sur d’autres clients de l’hôtel pour qu’ils contactent le manager afin de me donner le code de la boîte aux lettres qui contenait la clé de ma chambre. Hotels.com ne donne pas le numéro de téléphone pour obtenir les codes pour récupérer les clés….
Ma chambre donnait sur un bar discothèque donc point de vue tranquillité on repassera!

房間造型跟環境 距離機場地點都很方便
唯一問題是清潔阿姨容易忘東忘西 阿姨打掃後仍然忘記放衛 生紙 以及兩瓶都是洗髮乳 房間整體沒問題 主要就是細節上打掃的小疏忽

Not a nice experience to only found out that there is a cleaning fee compulsory to be paid separately after checked in. It felt like a trap.
The fee should be clearly indicated or included in the final price when making payment.
