We checked in with our infant baby, only to find serious hygiene issues—specifically a strong, unpleasant smell of damp mold coming from behind the wardrobe, along with visible dirt behind the bed. Additionally, the room lacked the view we paid for. ​We reported the dirt behind the bed to the staff, but even after leaving and returning later, nothing was cleaned at all. "A lovely little B&B, which is handy for the station at Leuven and about 15mins walk into the centre. The room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Daya, the host prepares breakfast each morning and leaves everything for the guests to help themselves to, e.g. pancakes, yoghurt and fruit, eggs, bread rolls. The room on the top floor could do with a blind in the velux window and it would be good if the window vent could be closed as the streets are...
