The hotel’s location is exceptionally excellent 5 stars for that. It is literally walking distance to cafes stores and restaurants. Within the heart of town. The staff was absolutely 5 stars. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service. Thank you for making my stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience Will most definitely come back to this hotel. The price too played such a great part in picking this hotel. The rooms and front desk area were super clean. Very grateful for that. There was a convience store that closes at midnight right next to the hotel. Airport transfer pickup service was excellent. Overall I give this hotel 5 stars and will most definitely come back to it.

不満というか不便なのはティッシュボックスが無いくらいです！ 周辺にレストラン、モール、コンビニもあるので、流しのタクシーがいないパラオでも、ここなら徒歩圏内ですべてオッケーです！ たぶん、ダイビングで来られる方が多いと思うので、室内に物を干すためのハンガーがもうちょいほしいですね！

The room we stayed was very wide and enough room. The hotel was close to WCTC which is the center of the city. So it's very convenient for shopping and also eating.

それなりのコンディションだったこととダイビングのためほとんど部屋にいなかったことから普通に過ごせました。パラオ自体初めてなので値段などの比較のしようがありませんが、夏のプーケットであれば20-30ドル程度の部屋に相当すると思います。 ホテルには10ドルで空港送迎サービスがあります。予約すると案内メールが送られてきて、2-3日後に返信（申し込み）しましたがレスポンスはありませんでした。渡航前にもメールしましたがやはり返信はなく、案の定、迎えはいませんでした。問題はこの空恋右派タクシーが常駐しておらず、タクシーの配車カウンターもありません。気のいいいおじさんに頼んで呼んでもらいましたが25ドルでした。気を付けてください。帰りは時間通りに送ってもらいました。

スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切 部屋は古いがシンプルで清潔 バスルームの喚起が悪いので、ドアを開けておくと湿度がすごくなる。 エアコンは温度調整しかできず、部屋の場所によって体感温度が異なる気がした。

I made a reservation at West Plaza Downtown and they took me to a totally different hotel - West Plaza Desekel. It's the same chain but not the same hotel. I arrived with a group and was not able to stay in the same hotel as everyone else. Desekel was a dump and off the main street that I was supposed to be on. Don't stay here.

メイン通りに近くとっても便利！

店員さんに笑顔がすてきな方がいて癒されました。 英語のみですが、 挨拶などたくさんしてくれました。 部屋も清潔で快適です。ただ一つの難点は、冷蔵庫？かなにかのモーター音みたいなのが数十分置きにあり、とても大きくうるさいです。

利用用途で価値あるホテル

ダイビングでただ寝る為の利用でしたが、ウエストプラザ系の中で一番便利、清潔、スタッフの対応も良かったです。ロビーに電子レンジも有り助かりました。 シャワーの出が悪くバスタブも無かったのですが、熱いお湯が出たので冷え切った身体には良かったです。ベランダが無い為、干せず部屋の中で乾かしましたが、こちらの方がむしろ乾く事に気付きました。パラオは朝露など夜中のスコールも有り湿っぽいので毎年苦戦しました。 日本のNHKが見れなかったので退屈でしたが、同じ階に有るマッサージも安く良かったです。 コスパで考えると十分と思うので、次回も利用したいです。

Hotel Ad Is misleading

Ad says satellite TV** But in the standard room you get only 3 channels which are not English, this should be mention in there ad. For much more money and In the deluxe suite you get cable with lots of channels. With no TV and no in room internet service you can find better hotels

町の中心に位置し、何をするにも便利なホテルです。お部屋にはバスタブ、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫などが完備され、快適に過ごせます。ただし、外に面した部屋が少なく、ほとんどのお部屋の窓は廊下に面しているため、部屋の中からは外の天気がわからなかったのが残念です。その分、静かなのかもしれません。 スタッフの対応もとてもよく、快適に過ごせました。

街中にありリーズナブル

終日ダイビングをするので、街中にありリーズナブルなホテルということで選びました。建物自体は古いですが室内の清潔さは保たれているので、寝に帰るだけの私には十分でした。個人的にはまた利用しようと思いますが、リゾートホテルの快適さや雰囲気を求める方はがっかりすると思います。

部屋が広く、掃除もきちんとされてます。裸足で部屋を歩いていても足の裏が汚れないくらい綺麗です。 断水時期でしたが、規定の時間にはちゃんと水もお湯も出ました。 バルコニーがないので、洗濯物やダイビングの器材などが干せなかったのが残念です。あと冷蔵庫の効きがとても弱かったことくらい（これは部屋にもよるかと思いますが）。 スタッフさんの対応がとても素晴らしいです。皆さん笑顔でどんなことにも優しく対応して下さいます。 また近くにコンビニ？や飲食店等も色々あるので便利。料金等を考えると、普通に泊まる分には全然問題ないかと思います。
