"I stayed at the Palau Hotel in March of 2019. The staff was very cordial and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining at a variety of good restaurants. I had booked to go this year but all flights and tours have been cancelled until at least June 29. ..."

"今回コロナの影響で飛行機が運休になり、宿泊ができず、旅行会社には何時間も電話しましたが混み合っていて繋がらなかったので、直接ホテル側にキャンセルを伝えました。その後、東京側の連絡先を教えられるなど、こちらから連絡しないといけないたらい回しにあい、最終的に旅行会社を通してのキャンセルとなりました。やっとの思いで旅行会社に繋がった電話でホテルのキャンセルをお願いしましたが、ホテルの担当者が平日でないといないので回答ができないと言われ、また平日に電話を何時間もかけるハメになりました。本当にここのホテルは融通が効きません。二度と泊まりたくないし、これから泊まろうと考えている方も、もしもの非常事態に対応をしてくれないホテルなので、絶対にやめた方がいいです。"
