"We had an amazing stay at Badira Hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were outstanding very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We highly recommend Badira Hotel and would definitely love to return."

"Great value for money and a good stay overall. We did encounter a few issues with our room in regard to bathroom condition and some damage on the bedroom flooring. The walls also weren’t soundproofed, so it can be quite noisy at night, with some WiFi signal issues on the 4th floor. The reception staff were quite slow in responding to problems and if called, did not follow up or call back even when they claimed they would. However, the other staff at the hotel were amazing. Fabulous service everyday with a great selection of foods, drinks and nightly entertainment. With special thanks to Slim in the hotel bar who always went above and beyond and made our stay very memorable. I would recommend staying here overall as it was great value for money despite the few issues we encountered. I would have just preferred for reception to be more useful and attentive."

"I was a bit skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we went ahead and booked this resort. The place is amazing – super clean and really well kept. The staff honestly deserve 10 stars; everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The restaurants were great too, and the food was delicious. We stayed for a week, and every day there was something new on the menu. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I’d definitely recommend it!"

"Very disappointed , bad quality of service, food wasn’t good, normal rooms not worth the price, no coffee machine, spa not working no hammam also, no massage, not a 5 star hotel. "

"This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day. The bed was perfect! Take your own towels, there aren’t any, even in the kitchen!!! Being winter I guess, the yard was not maintained. Otherwise, we had a great family visit, always walking everywhere and perfect New Years Eve celebrating with family and the new year to come. "
