I enjoyed my stay at the Royal Azur thalasso. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was over all friendly. The beach and the areas around the swimming pools were inviting. Little bemol, the staff at the reception were a little expeditive during the arrival and at the check out. And these attitudes are the first and last impressions we keep of the place.

First, this property was extensively renovated and just opened in fall 2022. Any reviews from before that aren’t applicable. Second, I would say this hotel is a true 5 star resort in Hammamet, and there aren’t many. La Badira and Orangers (Garden) are the only other two in my opinion. We prefer this hotel, Royal Azure, over the others. And that’s saying a lot! The pool area is the prettiest and most luxe in Hammamet. The suites are beautifully appointed and huge. The “bungalow” rooms right off the beach are spectacularly close to the sea, and also nicely appointed. The food is quite good, service impeccable. This property is walkable to the Medina and corniche area, which is a fun place to see. You won’t find loud animation events here, just well healed people enjoying a truly beautiful resort. We are so glad it opened and we will be back!

Je ne comprends pas comment cet établissement peut avoir une bonne note. Dès l'arrivée, le ton était donné : accueil inexistant. Personne pour ouvrir la porte, personne pour un bonjour, on se sent immédiatement ignoré. Restauration : Sécheresse et Désertion La nourriture était une insulte au palais. Tout est sec et fade, sans la moindre saveur. On mange par obligation, pas par plaisir. Le service est une blague : les serveurs sont aux abonnés absents. J'ai dû aller chercher moi-même une bouteille d'eau, et bizarrement, c'est le seul moment où un serveur est apparu... pour me la reprendre en me signalant que ce n'était pas la procédure. L'ironie est totale. Chambre et Propreté : Bruit et Crasses La chambre était un véritable calvaire. L'isolation est catastrophique. Au moindre coup de vent, on a l'impression d'être dehors tellement l'air s'infiltre et cause un bruit assourdissant constant. La salle de bain était tout simplement sale. C'est inacceptable pour un hôtel. Piscine Couverte : Le "Zoo Humain" Le clou du spectacle reste la piscine couverte. C'est un véritable zoo humain, sans aucune organisation, car ils mélangent allégrement les clients de l'hôtel avec ceux de l'hôtel voisin. La surpopulation et le bruit rendent ce lieu totalement inutilisable. En résumé : Un séjour bruyant, insalubre, avec une nourriture immangeable et un service qui ferait passer une administration pour un service 5 étoiles. Passez votre chemin.

Les repas sont excellent et le personnel au restaurant sont agréables. La plage est belle, mais c'est la galère pour trouver une chaise longue libre et les linges sont vite épuisés. Chambre propre mais l'équipement n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles (sèche cheveux inapproprié, linges de mauvaise qualité, pas facile de se doucher dans la baignoire car la paroi est très petite et l'eau sort partout dans la salle de bain. Manque de linge et de chaises au bord de la piscine, personnel à la piscine très désagréable (j'avais demandé un linge gentiment et la personne responsable des linges me dit que les linges sont épuisés pour la journée, je lui demande gentiment de regarder/demander, il n'a pas bougé de sa chaise et me demande d'aller me renseigner par moi même en me parlant avec un temps irrespectueux. Je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel, c'est dommage...

Notre séjour au sein de cet établissement fut tout simplement remarquable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’élégance des lieux, la quiétude ambiante et la qualité irréprochable de l’accueil. Chaque membre du personnel fait preuve d’une courtoisie rare, alliée à un professionnalisme exemplaire. Leur bienveillance et leur discrétion témoignent d’un sens du service véritablement admirable. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée se distinguait par son raffinement, son confort exceptionnel et une propreté irréprochable. L’harmonie de la décoration, la qualité des équipements et l’attention portée aux moindres détails contribuent à faire de cet hôtel un lieu d’exception. Il est pour moi incompréhensible que certains aient pu émettre des avis négatifs à l’égard d’un établissement d’une telle qualité sachant que je suis une cliente hyper exigeante. Nous y avons vécu une expérience sans la moindre fausse note, et c’est avec un immense plaisir que nous y reviendrons. À celles et ceux qui hésitent encore :allez-y les yeux fermés, vous serez conquis. Le spa de cet hôtel est tout simplement fabuleux. Une expérience unique mêlant technologies de pointe et bien-être profond, qui m’a totalement conquis. L’atmosphère y est apaisante et les installations sont d’une qualité irréprochable. Kusursuz bir deneyim

Her anlamda mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Otel personeli çok misafirperver ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Otel ferah, temiz ve yemekleri lezzetli. Turistik mekan ve otel olmasından dolayı fiyatlar bir tık pahalı ama klasik her bölgede aynı durumlar. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım.

Incompétent, par rapport au prix ça ne vaux pas du tout le coup ! Je déconseille Beaucoup d’hôtel à proximité sont mieux ! La propreté laisse à désirer Impossible de les joindre Piscine intérieur froide donc le service spa ne recommande pas d’y allez mais il ne préviennent pas avant ! Personnel à l'accueil peu complaisant, chambre triste et peu engageante, déco style hôpital, hôtel énorme sans aucun charme. Les buffets du soir et du petit déjeuner ne sont pas bons du tout.
