"well run hotel"

"Stayed for one night wouldn’t let us have a late check out. Who doesn’t allow late check out these days? Annoyed for the amount of money they charge."

"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."

"I had a garden view room which would have been good but the entrance to the room is right next to the freeway. The traffic noise was horrible. "Waking up at Paradise Bay Resort felt like stepping into the pages of a well-worn romance novel. "Really outdated hotel. Room 3951 is just awful. Carpet is tearing, door trims are chipped, wallpaper is ripped and falling, bathroom tub is rusty. I did not feel clean. "I love the Sheraton, in particular because I have a young child…. The pool is the best for kids (although the water is constantly too cold!!
