"I arrived really late in the evening. I was able to order a sandwich from the kitchen before it closed. There is nothing around the area. My major concern was that there were a ton of insects that I had to kill so they didn't bother me while I slept. I left early in the morning to join a safari tour."

"Staffing was a major issue. There was a cleaner there when we got there and didn’t seem to have any information about us coming. The rooms weee clean but little things were broken (tv remote). When we tried to leave the next morning, there was absolutely no staff around and we couldn’t get out of the gate. It took us 10 minutes to figure out how to get out of the grounds. No communication from anyone. It would be a great little spot to stay if there was a bit better service. "

"Camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ho avuto un problema con la tv e sono stato prima spostato in un'altra stanza e poi il tecnico ha sistemato il giorno dopo il ricevitore satellitare. Non ho fatto alcuna colazione nè cenato, quindi non posso esprimere alcun giudizio; per ragioni organizzative (escursioni in prima mattinata) e di check in (fatto in serata) ho dovuto rinunciare. Staff molto presente e prezioso per i consigli relativi all'acquisto di...

"The sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while. The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom. No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. Really low level of sounds proofing. The staff was really friendly and helpful though 😊"
