"We had club lounge access and they didn’t have Coke Zero which is the only drink I drink apart from water. At breakfast there is no bread and no toast. As it is used by a lot of international travellers it wouldn’t be hard to supply these things. As a 5* it should definitely have a smart tv in the room, we had the choice of 7 Japanese channels. Could not get our Netflix account. It advertises as having a pool but you have to pay extra for that. Room was nice, clean with a nice bathroom. Fitted bed sheets need upgrading as rough and cheap feeling. "

"The rooms are very small but we had super comfortable sleeps. We fit 2 full sized suitcases (one we used and kept out on the table/couch), one we put at foot of bed to fill with purchases. We also bad 2 carry on bags (put at foot of bed) and 2 backpacks - also put on mini couch. We were surprised at how comfortable the stay was with minimal space. The bathroom is huge and shower was great - excellent pressure - big! The tub is really big and the water stays super hot 🔥 Check in and out were SO fast and hotel stored luggage for us as flight didn't leave for a while. When you don't get the room cleaned, they leave fresh towels in a bag on the door handle. Location could not be better. Everyone makes at least 2 stops a day at the 7-11 on the bottom floor. Loved it here and would 100% stay again. The area is not sketchy - just a few drunk teenagers. No touts bothered my husband or I. He is 6 foot 2 and also had a comfortable stay. Very convenient. Very nice place. Thank you!"

"Laundry is too old fashion, should be washer and dryer in one machine with a locking PIN number. Room was clean. But no desk or chairs in the room, made it very hard to work on laptop etc. Also bathroom sink it so low like its designed just for children and not adults. No real cupboards or storage space in the room. "
