We had an excellent short stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The villa was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was of a high standard. Amazing to have your own plunge pool. In a very quiet location not for anybody looking for nightlife. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

This is a hidden gem. The staff are all amazing. They speak good English which is nice. The breakfast is great and T just makes your day. 10 villas in total so its very quiet and enjoyable. Look forward to returning

We loved this place. So quiet, staff were so kind, friendly and focused on our experience. Each morning I got up and had my latte on my deck watching the ocean. They remembered how we drunk our coffee…love this type of personal service. The Humble Villas were the best part of our trip to Koh Samui.

Can use some renovations, a bit rundown. It seems to really on the private pool to do the heavy lifting. But needs some work, tiles are missing, could do with some paint, we were only there a short time so not that bad, but would be annoying if you stays longer than a week. Very comfortable beds !

beautiful villa, but the dip pool at 1.7m is too deep where I am not able to use it. there are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening where we can't enjoy it outdoors. however, I am grateful for the beautiful room decoration upon request and the beautiful view for our room :)

The only thing I didn’t like was the view from our villa number 4 the view was spoiled by the villa in front of us with it’s shiny plastic covered roof it was also a struggle to fully open the patio doors The beach only becomes accessible after lunch when the tide goes out But every thing else was great The breakfast was made fresh for you plenty of choice Loved the quite and peaceful suclusion of the villas and all the staff were brilliant

We absolutely loved our stay at the Humble Villas and wish we were back daily. Hourly even. The facilities are wonderful and impeccably maintained but what really makes them stand apart is the fantastic and welcoming staff - we particularly loved Nik and T. The attached restaurant is incredibly convenient and delicious; starting off our mornings there with T was a highlight of the trip and we hope to return soon. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach - perfect to wake up to- and we loved walking along the water at sunset. (Pro tip: walk out in the water- its shallow for hundreds of yards!) The location is in a relatively quiet area compared to other options and welcomes a more relaxed and peaceful stay. We strongly recommend staying here!

There are several reasons why I hope to return to this hidden gem, The Humble Villas! I said more than once, “this is a honeymoon vibe” This side of the island has incredible food, the breakfast they offer at Humble Villas is exquisite. I would like to encourage you to try the Thai breakfast and stay long enough to try a few things on the breakfast menu. Yum yum yum. The private infinity pool for each villa - a brilliant touch, 3 ways to cool off with a/c, ceiling fan, and private pool. Delightful sunsets. I also love that they offer bottles of water made of glass and they are active in recycling the bottles. This always helps me to feel positive when I’m contributing to better earth practices. It’s a short grab /ride to the ferry to explore different places nearby.

If you’re looking for a nice, quiet stay with a chill vibe, this is your spot. The staff are excellent; very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is probably the best we had on our 5-week trip across Southeast Asia and they remembered how we took our coffee. The menu has something for everyone and there is always an array of fresh fruit. The location is on a quieter side of the island and while there are a few spots to eat within walking distance, you may want to venture further away for more options. We used Grab a lot to get ourselves to more options. The sunset from the beach is always great as it faces West. The property could do with some renovations as parts of the room were dated; some mould in the bathroom and around the windows and there are some larger openings on the doors/windows that allow some unwanted guests inside. A few bugs but mostly just harmless geckos. Overall, we had a great stay and would return.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had the Bungalow Nr. 7 and for us it was perfect - it was a bit further away from the street so it was very quiet - and still it was high up enough to enjoy the view on beach and stunning sunsets. We booked the accommodation with breakfast and everything we ate was very very tasteful. Very nice stuff, very easy check in and check out. The accommotations location is on the quiet side of the island, so if you are looking for a place away from crowds you are well located. We didn't have a scooter - it is possible to walk a bit to a 7/11 and there are some bars and restaurants in walking distance. For getting to the more central area or around the island I think it is useful to rent a scooter or if you wanna do just some little trips you can also keep your eyes open for Songthaews that are passing by more or less frequent. For a single trip Grap is available but of course more expensive option.

Quiet villa with great private pool and view

Clean rooms with extremely hospitable staff. Great view of the sea. The beach is too shallow and not suitable for swimming but the private villa pool more than make up for it. Place is quiet and away from the hussle of Chaweng or Lamai beach. Prepare to get a motorbike to get around.

La estancia ha sido espectacular. El hotel es sencillo pero las habitaciones muy comodas y el punto de tener piscina propia es lo mejor. Todo el personal es muy atento y hace la estancia muy agradable. Los desayunos son lo maximo y el camarero el mas simpatico, siempre sonriente.

Sehr schöne kleine Anlage direkt am Meer. Die Villas sind schön eingerichtet und verfügen über einen Pool mit Meerblick. Alle nicht-alkoholischen Getränke und Snacks aus der Minibar sind kostenfrei und werden bei Bedarf täglich aufgefüllt. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und höflich.
