Arrived, This hotel had not received any money from hotels.com they kicked me out after one night because hotels.com and the hotel couldn't resolve the issue, even though i proved payment with receipt and bank statement I've yet to receive a refund.

The actual property was kind of nice. The staff was awesome. The property was extremely disappointing when taking into account the way Expedia made it look and sound. You overrated the place. We will no longer be using Expedia. We were not satisfied at all with everything.

Die Hotelanlage ist Top. Rießen Zimmer für nur 20 €. Einziger negativer Punkt ist, dass es ein wenig abseits liegt. Für Leute die es eher ruhiger haben wollen noch perfekter

Var på Samme hotel for 3 år siden, og må sige at det er desværre ikke Så godt mere, ingen poolhåndklæder, poolen mangler klinker, og stedet trænger til en kærlig hånd. Sød dame der lavede morgenmad og gjorde rent, havemand og poolmand søde. receptionist sur og meget lidt imødekommende. Men jeg tænker vi kommer igen en anden gang, værelserne er fine til prisen.

Vi avslutade våra 3 veckor på Koh Samui här på Hakuna Matata i 4 nätter då vi ville utforska Chweng. Ett ok boende för en billig peng. Familjerummet var rymligt & fräscht med stort kylskåp, en mindre pool med ett fåtal liggstolar i mysig miljö, dock städades poolen inte så ofta som man önskar ifrån löv etc. Något oengagerad personal men väldigt trevliga. Ingen restaurang eller bar på området men finns nere vid huvudgatan endast 50m. Hotellet ligger på "fel" sida av vägen men var inget större problem. Enkelt att åka Taxi eller TukTuk till centrum 5-10 minuter bort.

Chambre bruyante la nuit avec la route qui passe derrière surtout le matin. Piscine agréable et accessible 24/24h.. festival centre accessible à pied en 30minutes. Petit hôtel sympa à 10 minutes de l aéroport donc bien pour repartir ...

Not good at all

No air conditioner in the living area and the ones in the bedrooms would easily freeze up and stop working. You could hear everything going on outside from inside. The "blackout curtains" in the bedroom were super thin, you could probably see through them from outside.

Huone ok mutta ei sama kuin expedian kuvissa.premium huoneissa on isompi patio, pool side huoneissa taas ei muuta kuin tuoli oven vieressä. Kaikki huoneet ovat altaan ympärillä. Allas siisti, henkilökunta mukavaa. Hinta laatusuhde hyvä. Keskustaan kävelee vartin mutta itse käytettiin punaisia lava autoja. 50bath henkilö päivällä. Yöllä hinta vähän enemmän. Rantaan matkaa 100metriä, ranta ei sawengin parhaimpia.Tällä alueella ei yöelämää.

周りが静かです。値段も安いので、それなりのホテルです。プールもあるので、子供ずれには、良いでしょう。

朝食に、少し南国果物（マンゴー、パパイヤ,バナナ）が欲しいです。繫華街からやく１Km離れていて静かな場所です、海岸には、他のホテルの中を、通り抜けて行けます、（勿論無料）。

Bed bugs

Checked in from a friendly but untrained staff member. Was showed a room that had a door that didn't lock. The bed appeared clean however when I checked the mattress there were numerous stains and bed bugs. After deciding there's no way I could ignore this I told front desk I would not be staying and told them why. The same man who checked my in said he was sorry but did not know how to help me. I told Expedia and the staff and haven't received any refund or sign there will be a refund. I'm afraid I'm probably out the $50 but at least I didn't have to sleep with bed bugs.

개인적 사정으로 체크인 시간보다 훨씬 일찍 도착했는데도 룸이 준비되는 시간까지 쉴 수 있도록 다른 룸을 사용할 수 있도록 배려해 주셔 감사했어요. 가족 모두 피곤한 상태였거든요. 단지 방에 있는 장롱에서 개미가 나와 조심할 필요는 있었습니다.

Бронировали номер на первом (нулевом) этаже, нас же застелили на 2-й. В номере полно муравьев, ничего нельзя оставить из еды - сразу наползает тьма трущая. На мою просьбу сделать что-нибудь с этим ответ был : "здесь так везде" Во время нашего пребывания на острове случилось стихийное бедствие (наводнение) по причине которого мы выезжали из отеля позднее на 2-3 часа, чем положено. Так с нас запросили за задержку 1000 бат! На мой взгляд это неприемлемо. Местоположение отеля неудобное. До ближайшего магазина более 40 минут. Пляж - бетонные плиты, положенные в море. Я лично люблю песок. Жалею о потраченных деньгах. Не рекомендую этот отель.

Trevlig liten oas. Men en bit från stan.

Hotellet ligger en bit från Chaweng centrum, 20min promenad. När man anländer till hotellet kommer man till en liten bakgata, men när man kommer in är det som en trevlig liten oas. Trevligt litet hotell, hjälpsam personal, rent och fint, stabil wifi och fungerande AC. Bra standard till ett billigt pris.

Отличный отдых!

Небольшой, уютный отель.Брали улучшенный номер. Чистый бассейн, небольшой сад, приветливый персонал. Есть аренда байка без залога и паспорта. Пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы, можно пройти сквозь отель Новотель на пляже. До Арк бара ходили пешком, минут 15-20. Там проходит вечером дискотека на пляже и огненные шоу по средам и пятницам. Трансфер до аэропорта 300 батт. Три вида завтрака на выбор. Отличный вид на террасу - зелень и бассейн. Хотелось бы больше зелени из окна спальни - вид на забор цементный( было бы лучше прикрыть забором из бамбука) и стены обновить в номере. Но это не критично. Очень понравилось!

Средняя трешка, не близко от чавенгу, хорошо работал интернет, были кабельные Российские каналы. Байки арендовали в отеле. Отель зелёный, небольшой, всего 17 номеров

Ensivaikutelma nuhjuinen, mutta kotiuduttua paikka olikin hyvä. Aamupala vaihtoehtoja kolme, jotka pidemmän aikaa majailleelle alkaa tulla liiankin tutuksi. Hyviä olivat silti. Hyvä palvelu.

We enjoyed our stay at hakuna. Staff are friendly. The best restaurant in Samui is 6 minutes walk away called the Larder. Massage and laundry and food are all within 2 minutes walking. The chemicals in the pool are very strong. I had tears for 2 hours so use goggles. Taxi drivers will rip u off. They refuse to turn on meter and charge triple. Not double but triple!! A one way trip to Central plaza will cost u the same as hiring a moped from the hotel but moped hire is 24 hours. Don't use taxis! Next time I visit samui I will stay here again.

Je me suis fier aux avis du site ! Quel malheur ! J'ai dû rester en tout et pour tout 7 mn sur place. L'Accueil à la thaïlandaise tout bonnement pas un sourire et ne communique pas. La chambre une catastrophe, peinture défraîchi murs sales frigo des annee 70 dans la chambre. La fenêtre de derrière qui ne fermait pas. Et pour couronner le tout les serviettes de toilettes couleur charbon. J'ai vite pris mes jambes à mon coup et je suis allée réservé dans un hotel en face.

Value for money.

Super skøn lejlighed med masser af plads, swimmingpool knap så stor men dejlig ren og lækker. Personalet er super søde og serviceminded. Kan klart anbefales og så til så lidt penge ;-) Hotellet ligger ca. 2 km. fra byen, så man får brugt lidt penge på transport 50 Bath pr. person pr. vej, men det er skønt at det ligger så langt væk fra støjen i byen syntes vi.
