"Très beau séjour, personnel très agréable, sympathique et prêt à rendre service.
Très efficace pour vous aider à réserver les transferts d ou que vous veniez et ou que vous alliez, sur simple demande même via la messagerie d hôtel.com.
Donne de bons conseils pour les excursions / choses à faire dans les environs.
L eau chaude est un peu compliquée à avoir, mais quand on a compris ça va.

"The staff were amazing they knew it was our anniversary so upgraded us to a beach front room. The location was amazing right on the beach. 1 minute walk from the pier. The resort was very friendly and comfortable. Swings and hammocks were everywhere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only downside was the WiFi wasn’t the strongest. Would definitely return. "

"Great location with infinity swimming pool and restaurant overlooking the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Easy walk to the other side of the island to snorkel, renting the snorkel etc. from the padi office at the hotel. Plenty of bars/restaurants with lively evening entertainment and places to book activities (the trip to swim with the bioluminescent plankton at night is amazing and highly recommended!) along the beach. "Buildings are old with little upkeep. Trash being stored behind pool and volleyball area behind mesh wall. Breakfast food is the same every day and boring. Food is not warm. Air conditioner leaked water. Sheer curtain in room 188 torn and old.
Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore.
The only the hotel has going for it is location. Would not recommend to anyone.

"Hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Bathroom is crammed in so you have to stand over the toilet to shower. Water doesn’t drain properly so every time you use the toilet you have to walk through a puddle. Sheets and towels were clean, although you do have to pay a deposit to get a towel at all. Air conditioning was good. "
"Relatively new resort at the top of the hills way from the main village. Offers a range in accommodation. We had a private room and were perfectly happy with it. "
"As previous reviews stated perfectly, this is not a ritzy accommodation- but you will meet high class people and have a positive, memorable experience. I would stay again without hesitation.

- Kem, the owner, as well as the other staff, are extremely kind, attentive and dedicated to making sure you have absolutely everything you need.
- Goofy, the resident rescue beach dog, is a kind, gentle and social pup who will be a highlight of your stay.
