"Best location on Koh Touch beach. We had no.19 wooden detached bungalow right at the front with garden and sea views. Beach area was cleaned every morning and plenty of sun beds. Quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure that we had a great stay. "

"Buildings are old with little upkeep. Trash being stored behind pool and volleyball area behind mesh wall. Breakfast food is the same every day and boring. Food is not warm. Air conditioner leaked water. Sheer curtain in room 188 torn and old. Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. "We were due to stay in one of the beach front Tree Houses a couple of weeks ago when we stayed on Koh Rong. We were incredibly excited after seeing this place advertised on a youtube blog! I cannot fault the staff, they very accomodating and helpful. The bar and beach area is nice. The room however, was a disaster. There were slats missing on the steps up to the bungalow. Repaired holes in the floor, where you could see all the way down to the beach! Also unrepaired holes in rotten wood...
