We had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and luxurious. Bedrooms were cosy and beds super comfortable. However, although the room area was utilised well, once suitcases were there was not much space to move around. The two breakfast options were delicious (Japanese style and western buffet). The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Laundry facility within the hotel and specific rooms based on requests is a game changer. The staff were super helpful and gave recommendations when asked for! Rooms very cozy but still spacious

Just like other top Japanese hotels, the room was impeccably clean, although small (completely OK for me 1 person). The Onsen on the rooftop is a must-visit! Relax and tranquil, such rare find in a busy international airport. My only small note is, it is a bit far to go there and must change elevator... ...

the location is at the downtown core. Airport limousine has a bus stop outside the hotel which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has so many varieties. really enjoy to stay in the hotel.
