"This was a 2bdr apt. No AC in the large living area. AC in the bedrooms was very poor. Probably needed maintenance. No WiFi in the master bedroom. Leak in the master bathroom kept the floor flooded. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom was out of alignment and made a lot of noise so it could not be used at night. This would have been a great rental if it was properly maintained. WiFi problem was due to the router being hidden behind a very thick cabinet and thick walls. Simple things...

Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. "Great hotel, nice rooms, amazing pool, close to the market and Adamanda water park. Kids loved the games room with PS5. Nice roof pool with great view of Phuket. A very clean hotel and lovely staff. Only one thing, the rooms need time to cool down so i would advise to take two room keys and leave one in the room so it cools down for the night. "
