"We travelled to Ko Yao Noi at the end of Sept 2017. We booked the bungalows on line and it was not mentioned that due to the low season their restaurant was closed, no big drama, we went to town and probably saved money. The bungalows are ok, nothing fancy, mossie net didn't close properly, and the general vibe of the place didn't suit us, funny thing , they have just built brand new aircon bungalows at the front of the property facing away from the amazing ocean view ??? Heaps of other places...

"The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful and the pool staff too. I cannot fault the service in any way. Clearly the HR and training department is doing a good job with getting the right staff. The only glitch is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Many steps to climb and we had to carry the wheelchair up. If your audience is not the disabled, then you have to mention it on booking platforms. My shoulders are in pain carrying the wheelchair up and down steps."
