Fantastic hotel, restaurant staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, especially Lin and her team. This is our fourth time here and we will be back next year for another 2 weeks chilling out.

The resort grounds including the beach are stunning! Staff is very friendly and breakfast buffet was good. Room itself was fairly outdated especially the bathroom. Mattresses were extremly hard.

Beautiful resort right by the beach. All staff are wonderful. The restaurant in this resort has good food and drinks. I love the swim-up bar with the beautiful view to the ocean. Their breakfast buffeet was great. I love how they changes their breakfast food eveey day so you dont eat the same thing all the time. All food was delicious!! Will definitely recommend this resort to family and friends.

Worth every Baht and more...

One of the best places we stayed in Thailand. Tranquil but close to everything. Beautiful and well-maintained property! Wonderful pool and fantastic beach to soak-in the sunset. The typical Thai breakfast and the restaurant are excellent ! And then there is the well-trained staff that is exceptionally attentive, kind & friendly. Good Wifi everywhere ! Worth every Baht ! Thank You Lin, we will be back !

We stayed in a Beach Villa. Very nice. Ambitous staff. All repairs done immediately. But like most resorts in Koh Chang, they need to be modernized and improved. What we did not like was the restaurant. We do not eat from plastic dishes... NoGo... Besides that we enjoyed the stay. Loads of other restaurants available, nice beach...

Très grand resort avec différents standings. Très joli site, propre, fleurie et superbes vues. Notre chambre à 45 euros la nuit pdj inclus. 5 nuits passées. Chambre bas de gamme du resort. Mal insonorisée, réfrigérateur bruyant, coffre fort HS (signalé, mais sans réaction) TV présente, mais pas de chaînes (normal selon la réception pour cette chambre) et 1 seule table de nuit, j'ai du matériel médical pour dormir et ça a été compliqué. Normal selon la réception ! Aucune possibilité d'étendre le moindre maillot de bain, rien n'est prévu. Grand lit confortable. Chambre refaite sur demande. Petit déjeuner buffet, correct pour le prix, avec d'excellents Plats thaï. Très bel espace piscine, PH et chlore mal dosés (constat le 13/02) irritation des yeux et de la peau conséquente. Pas retourné depuis. Globalement tous les personnels sont aimables et avenants. Nous y reviendrons, (d'ailleurs nous y retournons dans 3 jours, déjà réservé), mais avec la garantie d'une catégorie supérieure, celle-ci était beaucoup trop bas de gamme et bruyante. C'est dommage, sinon tout était bien.

Nice location and scenery on a good beach with clean water, however no towels at the beach only located at the reception, no room cleaning unless you leave your only key to reception, limited service at hotel as reception closes at 10pm, you would be in trouble if locked key in room as no one in hotel would be able to help. Breakfast is very limited with basic items not available on most days, like slice bread or even tea bags, Staff at breakfast had an unhelpful attitude if you ask for any basic breakfast food like boiled eggs or wholemeal bread, the answer was always not available!!! All breakfast food were always sickening cold. Hotel is very basic 3 stars or less

Loistava hinta-laatu

Hienolla paikalla ja hyvät näköalat. Lyhyt kävelymatka rannalle ja läheisiin ravintoloihin. Ikä alkaa vähän näkyä huoneissa (meillä oli Grande Villa). Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä, ainoa joka olisi voinut olla parempi/monipuolisempi on aamiainen. Paikkaa voi kuitenkin suositella!

Kommer inte bo där igen dock helt okej bungalow

Stort opersonligt resort. Men helt okej, fräsch bungalow. Fint grönska runt hotellet och mellan bungalowsen. Då det ligger i ena delen av en bukt hördes tyvärr all musik från övriga stranden upp till rummet när jag skulle sova vilket störde. Jag hade dessutom kontaktat hotellet i förväg och önskat ett rum så långt bort igen musik och trafik som möjligt. Jag fick en bungalow alldeles vid parkeringen och fick inte byta rum. Poolområdet känns trångt. Stranden som tillhör hotellet är väldigt liten. Frukosten under all kritik vad det gäller kontinentala delen! ingen yoghurt eller musli. Dom dagarna det fanns våfflor var dom kalla och sladdriga. Odrickbart kaffe. Endast två frukter, oftast meloner. Ibland kalla stekta ägg.

Das Chai Chet Resort ist ein tolles Hotel, welches von einer thailändischen Familie geführt wird. Das dort tätige Personal ist mega freundlich, hilfsbereit und hält die Anlage top sauber. Wir hatten eine Hillside Villa mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Wir würden das Resort jederzeit wieder buchen.

Helt underbar plats med fantastisk personal. Prisvärd mat som serveras i en härlig miljö. Ingen hålligång, lugnt och skönt. Ligger på en egen halvö men ändå nära till allt.

Prisvärt hotell med bra läge

Beachvilla boendet har perfekt läge men standarden på rummet är väldigt enkelt. De varma rätterna på frukosten var tyvärr kalla annars är frukosten ok. Dock finns ej bacon. Poolområdet är fint ocj poolen är stor. Kunde gärna funnits fler solstolar på stranden. Sammanfattning- ett prisvärt enkelt hotell med härligt läge på stranden.

Beau resort, belle plage

Un beau resort luxueux, certains logements sont très beaux (les villas vue mer), belle piscine , plage agréable pour se reposer ou se baigner (pas de courant, peu de fond, très sécurisant). Très bon petit déjeuner. Un 7eleven et des restaurants à quelques minutes à pieds.

Fint hotel de havde det man havde brug for. Vi boede i villa garden. Deres internet var intet mere ind ringe. Man skulle side i lobbyen for at få det til at virke. Heler ikke den mest spænde morgenmad på hotellet. Ellers et dejligt ophold
