Amazing place. Loves staying here

Loved staying here. Really relaxed and friendly staff. Super clean and beautiful setting with its own small beach cove. They also offered me a moped on the day of arrival that was very handy for exploring the island

We had a beachfront unit on which was very comfortable. Very quiet resort with extremely dedicated staff. Within walking distance to 10 restaurants, massage and minimart. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place

Beautiful place in the nice Bailan area, not far from Lonely Beach, even walking distance if you dont mind the narrow and hilly road. Hotel beach is rocky so not optimum for swimming, pool is nice though. Music can be heard from Lonely Beach party area in the nights but that did not disturb us.

Loud bass heavy music from Lonely beach kept me upp all night. Could not sleep. Otherwise okay place. Oh, and termites in the bathroom.

Personnel ne parlant pas l’anglais une honte pour la réception on avait réservé un scooter pas tenu compte obligé de louer ailleurs photos trompeuses pour la plage devant les bengalow bidon impossible de se baigner pas du tout à la hauteur de nos espérances en plus le prix ne correspond pas au tarifs de la Thaïlande en gros très décevant

Lovely very comfortable bungalow bed very comfy great staff apart from one morning the big lady in breakfast was coughing and chokeing very off putting herring that in the kitchen great pool but towards end of my stay became very dirty and could not go in it this was upsetting as was last 2 days end of my holiday and couldn't use the pool

What!!! No Internet

The place was really nice although it lacked two things. Firstly my seaview bungalow had 0 internet.The internet was only available around the office. Secondly the beach had no sand. If you wanted to swim you had to wear foot protection or risk getting cut on the sharp rocks in the water

Lovely Quiet Friendly Resort

Excellent Resort - Check in was very easy and friendly with a welcome drink, The room was clean and spacious with good working Air Con and a little fridge. There is a lovely pool which is not far from the rooms. The little dock area with the hamocks is lovely and gives a great sunset spot. The sandy part of the beach is small and narrow with lovely rocky area to explore when the tide is out. The Breakfast was standard however the Evening meals were exceptional and you have the choice of sitting outside on a veranda area or inside if its a bit windy. Altogether a lovely quiet resort.

très beau resort, bien aménagé avec tout le confort nécessaire à de bel vacances. Le personnel est à l'écoute de vos besoins et font tout en leur possible pour répondre à vos besoins. Retirer sans être isoler, parfait pour la tranquillité. De plus il est très facile de se déplacer sur l'île avec les tuk tuk à prix abordable. De belle plage à proximité pour la baignade. La piscine de l'hôtel est magnifique, et bien aménagé. Un coin massage à la piscine pour un service de qualité est un plus. Le wifi dans les aires communes n'est pas optimum.

Stämmer inte alls med det som vi upplevde att vi bokade. Vi visste att det var stenar i vattnet men inte att dom var sylvassa så det gick inte och bada. Stugan luktade kiss, sängen var lika hård som en stenplatta. Vi bad om en mjuk madrass och fick 4 tunna filtar. Så vi gick och köpte 2 luftmadrasser och bäddade med. Absolut inte barnvänligt. Sängkläderna helt sönderslitna, handdukarna stora hål i. Safeboxen sitter inte fast i skåpet. Allt väldigt slitet. Mögel i taket. Marina D och Christer

Ruhige lage

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern gereist und haben in Bailan Beach ein Bungalow gemietet.nicht sehr groß,aber man hält sich eh nicht viel im Zimmer auf.die Veranda gibt im übrigen zusätzlichen Raum.die Kinder konnten sich auf der Anlage frei bewegen und hatten ihren Spaß.

Fixk ett hemskt dåligt bemötande av en personal vid ankomst. Annars var all personal väldigt trevliga. Bra frukost ocu mat i restaurangen. Hotellet är i bättre skick än vad det ser ut på bilderna. Skulle rekommendera!
