"Our room was nice, by the entrance of the property. Very comfortable and with everything needed for a one night stay. Great breakfast. Nice common areas. Located a few blocks fron main street."

"Very friendly and attentative staff, room has what you need, and spacious. Location is great! Some positive critique to work on (room 24): - We were in a street facing room, so there was noice from the street. - Cold water tap needs to be attended to … seems like no water and then all of a sudden a gush of it. - mattrasses can be opgraded/replaced, is very thin. (Bedding is very nice) "

"Accomodation and gardens are fantastic. Checkin was easy, they kept in contact via whatsapp messenger every day of the stay to enquire how we were and if there any issues with the accomodation. A pity more properties do not do this. Will most certainly stay again."

"We only stopped by for a night on our road trip from Cape Town to PE. It's truly a hidden gem. We stayed in Milkwood cottage, which was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Tim welcomed us and showed us around, making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast by the river was superb and they also have boats that you can take out for a little row in the river. We really wish we could stay there longer. "

"This was an all around amazing experience. We stayed in the whale suite which had amazing views of ocean and cliff sides. We saw a pod of dolphins before dinner. Dinner was made there by an excellent chef. Highly recommend staying here."

"Next on the list for improvement should be replace mattresses. Fantastic stay Rose was so helpful. We took an Uber on Saturday night to the Island for dinner. It came in 7 mins. Unable to get an Uber for over an hour on the way back. Arranged another ride back to hotel. Lovely area. Lovely town"

"What an amazing place. Convenient checkin/checkout, full quick service when needed, and most importantly, an ABSOLUTELY FABOULOUS cabin with domestic feeling and comfortness. The nights with wine and candled lights at the top floor balcony with great views over Knysna Bay will always be stuck in our hearts. We will be back."
