"The rooms were clean but did have an odor of staleness. Definitely a family friendly place. The food was overpriced in the restaurants. I was sad that not all the rides in the water park were working. The 4 star is because we went with a group of people and made reservations to be in two rooms next to each other. The reservation was 2 months in advance and we were given rooms far from each other which was disappointing "

"This was just a one-night stay while on a road trip, so we were primarily to, which we got. Pros: easy interstate access; staff was friendly and helpful; room seemed to be clean and bed gave us a good night; room had good lighting (most don't). Cons: as with most dated hotels, there are very few plugs--they did have a box add on with extra plugs and USB ports, which did not work; bkfst was far from stellar--it was a grab and go with very limited options. They did, however, have a waffle maker but no tables or chairs, so you had to eat standing up which was difficult b/c there was no counter space, so you to hold everything, or you could make a few trips backk to your room,,,"

"Our 1 bedroom suite was perfect in size and layout. Plenty of space to unpack. With two bathrooms it made a huge difference for all of us. The buffet was a bit expensive and thought it should have been included in the stay. Overall excellent experience!"

"The only negative things I can think of is room service wasn’t available at 9:30 not 10a and our body soap in shower didn’t pump but other than it was amazing!! Love the valet and black car service!!!!!"
