Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Other than checkin, we really didn't have to interact with staff. Breakfast was ok although the hostess made sure I got fresh coffee when the pot was empty. Breakfast area was kept clean and trash was away.

We were happy with our stay at the one in Orlando and found that this was just as good. Breakfast waffles are the best and staff were nice. Consiatency is key. Will glady stay here again.

Everything was clean. The sink in the bathroom seemed to be clogged, but we were only there one night so it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast selections were good for a free breakfast and they were pretty good. Better than most places I’ve been. Conveniently located right off of I-75. Great for an overnight stay & we would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable room and bed and way above average for a typical La Quinta. Great breakfast. Located right on a greenway and walkable neighborhoods. Very convenient location. Good stewardship of stormwater onsite. Close to Chesapeakes seafood. Good value.

I give a lot of grace for a place under construction. The inside was cean - the outside parking lot though was not. I was trashed like so many hotels because people are inconsiderate I guess. It’s a dog friendly hotel which I am thankful for, but the so called “Dog Zone” was a very narrow strip of grass filled with kudzu! I am not going to let my little dog go down in kudzu where snakes etc. can be hiding. The room was clean for the most part and the place was quiet. One big observation is their new bathroom faucets - they do not stick over the sink far enough. You are literally having to have your hands against the back wall of the sink so it’s a little cumbersome. The front desk gentleman was awesome, super kind and helpful. Lots of potential here if they clean up the kudzu and it’s very convenient for I-40 access. Again kudos for being pet friendly!
