Five stars to the front desk staff , the restaurant and bar staff also above and beyond, impeccable rooms. The property is well maintained. We went for a college game, the hotel offered shuttle to the game, themed decor. Fun trip.

The property and room were exceptionally clean. The breakfast in the morning cost $7.50 per person but there were lots of choices. Staff were very nice and attentive. The hotel was in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The Hotel also had easy access off the main Interstate in Knoxville. There is a very nice restaurant and bar on the premises. We liked the comfort of the beds, my only criticism was they were very high off the floor. I am small and had to really scramble to get into the bed each night. Otherwise everything was great.

Was a great place to stay. Beds were comfy. The breakfast buffet you had to pay for. The only thing I did not care for was the sink and mirror were in the entry way. For that reason, we probably would not stay there again.
