The staff was so helpful, greeting us each time we passed and quick to answer any questions that came up. The team working the morning breakfast did a great job to keep it freshly stocked and grab anything my family needed. Parking was conveniently on site. Parking was so easy. The staff greeted us with warmth. Chris was so kind when we checked in. He talked to my daughter about UT since we were there visiting. The manager and staff were ultra helpful to us. One of two examples: We left our luggage early at the front desk and (unknown to us) accidentally left behind a cell phone in the checked bags. We thought shortly afterwards that we lost the cell phone entirely. The staff offered, without being asked, to search the lobby and front desk area to find it. They did so cheerfully! We found our cell in the checked luggage soon after, and still they remained cheerful and understanding of our mistake. That's just one of the two ways they went above and beyond. Great staff! Great hotel. Convenient location.
