Nice clean rooms, convenient to I40, friendly and helpful staff, your own little kitchen for people staying longer. The breakfast offering was just coffee and a granola bar, but we found a nearby place called Scrambled Jake’s that was very good before getting back on the road.

There was a hole in the sheets with lots of stains and one side of the bed was broken and felt like a sink hole. We could have gotten unlucky but I don’t think I would stay here again. The staff was very nice tho!

The best extended stay in Knoxville!

All staff are respectful of guest privacy while being truly available 24/7 to fulfill requests or address concerns. This extended stay does an excellent job of creating a home away from home with exceptionally kind and hard-working staff.

The stay wasn’t extraordinary by no means but for a weekend getaway it was good. Good location close to everything. The only bad was tv didn’t work half the time and the Linens were stained.

Extend your stay-yes please!

The staff here is really kind and generous with their time. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home for a short time. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment and it has been amazing having the space. Really a nice place with great people!

Great people, great bed, room not the best

The people were amazing, the bed great! The towels were soft and clean. The room was half way below the ground and there was mold in a lot of places. The door electronic worked but the handle did not work…but the other people there on the floor were great and friendly. I felt safe there with the nice people.

Great staff

Facility could stand an update. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Because it’s cheaper, some of the clientele isn’t the best but, their mostly quiet despite bringing pets. Good location, lots of nearby stores and casual restaurants.

Good for the money

Looking for an economical stay, you’ve found the place. Nicely tucked away with ample parking. Staff is quick to greet and check you in. Caution - if you struggle with stairs, this is NOT for you. There are a series of steps right off registration. Rooms are VERY spacious and accommodating. Generous kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is dated, but the bed is comfy. Good for a drive thru Knoxville.

The hotel is very rundown and needs lots of maintenance. Many things that are supposed to be available are not (vending machines, detergent, etc.). "Breakfast" is only coffee and a muffin. However, it's in a great location with several dining and shopping alternatives and access to local buses just outside the hotel.

Price was good, but the room was very old. Counters and chair had nicks and damage. One kitchen drawer completely missing. kitchen sink dripped. A stove knob fell off on its own & couldn't be reattached. The security bar/latch on door was broken off. Bedside lamp had no bulb. There is no ice machine in this hotel. Sheets and towels were clean. A/C worked well. Front desk lady was friendly, available and helpful. Parking was free.

Not accommodating

Entrance partially blocked by pile of dirt. You have climbed up the steps to get to the rooms. No elevator. No coffee maker or hair dryer (yet they have kitchen with microwave). No closed captioning on tv and it said on the door in the room that it accommodates hearing impaired. Few ants in the room and got bitten. And AC was noisy and kept cutting off and turning back on on it own. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable but could not sleep bc of AC unit. The room is also spacious.

When we entered the lobby a woman was upstairs on a couch & I guess we interrupted her nap? She got up & muttered f***, loud enough for us to hear. The gentleman that actually checked us in was friendly however. As for the room … we paid almost $100 for a room that had not been cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub, crumbs on the TV stand & the floor was filthy. The rooms also have an odor however I attribute that to people cooking in their kitchenettes. We checked in around 8pm & after being on the road for 13 hours we tried to suck it up to just get a few hours of sleep & get back on the road, but we left a little after 1AM & NO sleep & briefly showering (reluctantly). Sleeping in our car at a rest stop was a better experience than we had at this establishment. I wouldn’t pay more than $40/night for this place.

Staff were okay, if your have a service dog make sure you bring your paperwork. Breakfast was a joke in was pre brewed coffee and bad muffins. Had to move twice while staying at the hotel because they did "planned" renovations while we were there. Hotel is not in the best neighborhood and looks more like a crash pad with a broke down RV and limousine

Y’all I have a pretty high tolerance for hotels when traveling solo but this place was so bad I left and slept in my car. No joke. I don’t even want to begin to list the odors, stains and bugs I encountered on the ten minutes I was in the property.
