"Our room was clean. We like the hotel. It was near by the train and a bus stop so we could use them easily. There was just a problem, so there was not our room’s air condition’s remote control but don’t need to use it. All staff were so kind and helpful. I wholeheartedly suggest to accommodate in the hotel. "

"The location of this property is excellent, close to the old town square and shopping. The host was nice and easy to communicate. However, the apartment was not very clean, the couch was full of stains and cigarette burns, one of the bedroom sheets was dirty, the floors were dirty. Definitely needs some TLC. "

"Nice room. You could hear some noice from the hallway (thin doors) but it really didn't bother me that much. The breakfast was at a nearby hotel so I had to leave the premises. I had no problems with that either. Great breakfast buffet. Really friendly and service-minded staff at the Botanica Residence. Especially Milos(?) who gave me some information about the local football culture. "

"This hotel is a vibe! Check in was a little longer than expected but the staff is incredible, the property is seriously cool. Did I mention the location!? Although it is above a mall it is quiet and relaxing but can turn up if you want it too. Right next to the coolest park and extremely walkable. I would argue this is the best hotel for the price in Belgrade. "
