An Average Hotel

It’s an old inn with dated furnishing but for a night to stay after checking in at almost midnight, it’s fine. We had 2 rooms. 1 room is ok but the other room does not have warm water for bath. So in this way, my family is annoyed and disappointed.

Good staff who were very helpful in assisting our queries. Decent hotel for the price but requires proper daily housekeeping for the rooms and basic toiletries would help make the stay a little more comfortable.

Horrible. Worst experience with Expedia

Trusted Expedia on this blindly and learned my lesson hard. It was an honest mistake in choosing this hotel since there is another hotel with an identical name. I have checked out as soon as I stepped in the room. The room was damped, stink and very old. Just stay away.

The room rates were reasonable and cheapest in the Kluang town. I felt so disappointed after entering the room as it was really dusty and there were no sockets to plug in and charge or even to boil drinks. The bed divan was exposed and the bathrooms were a disaster.

Worst stay ever!

The room is very pathetic. The aircond is not cold at all. The water heater is not functioning. The bed is awful and stale smell made us to immediately book another hotel.

Good stay with less budget.

The place is just near the road, lot of parking space, the town is so close, can walk. The checkin was smooth, the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and stay was comfortable. The building and furnitures were very old, but based on the money we paid, cannot expect much more. Overall it was good stay, recommended. Will come again if we visit Keluang.

The counter staff was friendly and we requested to look at the room the staff was so kind to show us the room before we checked in. Though the hotel is a little old but it is near eating area.

Older hotel with limitations.

This is an older hotel and should not be confused with the Hotel Anika. Hotel Anika is in a better location and much newer. Very friendly service at reception, but no porter to deal with luggage. There is no elevator. There are some eateries nearby, but they are not great. Walking distance to train station.
