"We really enjoy our stay, the room and shared bathroom are very roomy and very clean. The shared kitchen was recently remodeled and got everything we need to make our own meal. The surrounding was very lovely by all the animals specially the horses."

"The room we were in was way too hot, with no way to change it other than opening the windows, which let in a lot of biting bugs. There was no cold water; only very hot water came out of the faucets and shower, so we were unable to take a shower or get a glass of cool water."

"The hotel is not fancy but it doesn't have to be. The chief/manager was so very kind and made me a packed lunch instead of the contineal breakfast. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Was a really special spot and one of the highlights of my trip. "

"Great location on the far side of Thingvellir National Park close to the new Laugarás Lagoon. Freya Farm is truly a family owned farm by a wonderful young family. They were so kind and the property is absolutely stunning. The owner took us for a short hike around their backyard to an amazing river. This is truly a hidden jem."

"Manque notable d’équipement : pas de bains malgré géothermie alentour, pas de salle de sport. Petit déjeuner très décevant : manque de vous dans les pains, pas de Sky spécialité locale , beaucoup trop basique compte tenu du prix astronomique payé pour une chambre dite supérieure réserve 6 mois en amont ."

"This place is magical! The lodge has everything you could need. The hot tub and sauna are amazing! The heated floors throughout felt amazing! Loved all the little touches. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable! The shower was super hot. The space is well done. The best part is the views! Sleeping under the stars and seeing some northern nights was a dream!!! Waking up to a gorgeous sunrise was another wonderful bonus. Just looking at the views of the snow covered mountains...
