"Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Dès l’arrivée dans la chambre, une forte odeur d’humidité était présente et rendait le séjour vraiment désagréable. Même après plusieurs heures, l’odeur restait très forte. La propreté laisse également à désirer. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles et dans plusieurs coins de la chambre, donnant l’impression que l’entretien n’était pas fait correctement. Les installations et les commodités sont très anciennes, pas modernes du tout, et l’hôtel semble manquer sérieusement de rénovation. Le plus inquiétant était la présence de câblage électrique apparent dans la chambre, ce qui donne une impression de manque de sécurité et de négligence. En général, l’endroit paraît vieux, sombre et mal entretenu. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel."

"There was absolutely nothing to like at this property. The rooms were not very clean; bathroom locks were on the outside of the room so you’d basically be locked in if you closed the door. The fridge in the room was filthy. Parking is small, and we had a random person in the parking lot trying to fiddle with peoples cars. Tried to call security and fun fact there was no one on the property. We stayed 4 nights- 4 terrible nights. One night we got locked out of our room because the key card provided didn’t work - we waited all night with 2 young kids to access our room with all of our belongings inside. There was no one on the property to assist- no housekeeping, no security, no receptionist, no manager, no hotel staff whatsoever. Locked out for 9 hours at night— hotel management didn’t even arrive during breakfast hours (7am) very mismanagement and irresponsible staff. If there is ever an emergency you’d basically just be on your own. Hotel management also didn’t refund the hotel security deposit at checkout (which is mandatory) so they’re def running some sort of scam. Lastly: parking is $10 a day. Lots about this terrible hotel but running out of space! Overall pay the extra $20-50 bucks and get a hotel somewhere else. Don’t book with them if you want a good experience because if you’re ever locked out the only thing they’ll do is apologize and not even refund for the night/experience!!"
