I had a very enjoyable stay. My only request would be to have a more comfortable bed. Bed was a bit to hard for me. Otherwise everything very very good.

禁煙のお部屋に宿泊しましたが、若干タバコの匂い（おじさんの匂い？）がしました。コンビニも駅も近くて、移動が便利です。スタッフの対応も親切で素晴らしいです。お部屋は清潔です。寒い季節にはありがたい大浴場付きで、非常に満足な滞在でした。

部屋は広くて清潔でなかなか良かったです。大浴場があるのも嬉しいです。コムシティ側の出入口が欲しいところです。実現は難しいかもしれませんが、雨に濡れずに移動できる工夫が欲しいです。その他は十分に満足できました。ありがとうございます！

施設のクオリティに問題はなかったですが、禁煙希望の中喫煙の部屋をご案内されました。そうなるのであれば事前に連絡を頂くなりの対応があるととても助かりました。小さいですが大浴場もあり、食事は美味しかったです。駅から近いので鹿児島本線での移動も容易です。
