Vi fick bara ett badlakan trots att vi var två personer bokade. Det var fullt av hår på golvet och i en säng. En av de små handdukarna hade fläckar av mascara. I köket var glasen så kladdiga att de satt fast i skåpet.
Det här boendet skulle jag inte rekommendera till någon pga bristerna när det gäller städning. Har mailat mina synpunkter till Ribo, men inte fått något svar.

the welcome/information sheet in the room was rather as much a rulebook as and info sheet. no staff the entire made for a poor sense of welcome and concern - found it impossible to comply with all the suggested check out chores such as doing the linen laundry for them.

Hostel, not apartment!
-This is not an apartment, its a hostel. 4 rooms.
-There are no rooms with private bathrooms as written is description. Only one shower room for all 4 rooms.
-Very poor cleaning.

Not recommended
The check-in was quick and smooth. The location is great, near the central part of Kiruna. The beds where okay, the pillows could've been better.
That's the only positive about the "apartment" its basically a room in a house. The room we stayed in had a dirty floor, the toilet was so dirty we had to clean it before using it. The other guests didn't followed the rules, they where noisy and talked loud til 2am. And the WiFi sucked the signal was so poor the we couldn't use it at all.
Wouldn't recommend this hotel/apartment to anyone.

깔끔한 시설이었음. 중심가에서 도보로 이십분 떨어져 있어 겨울철 도보 여행자가 이동하기에는 어려움이 있는 것 말고는 만족스러웠음
