The room (15) was amazing more like an apartment and was spotlessly clean, prosecvo in room was chilled for our arrival and a special birthday treat - chocs and strawberries was a lovely touch. "Excellent stay, place is beautiful expect to pay bar prices for any crisp or drinks as it is located a stone throw from the pub but quite a walk from shops. Food at pub was lovely service was brilliant. Very accomidating staff. Bed really comfy. Smart t.v, bath and shower, everything you want for a work stay really"

"We have just had a wonderful stay here as my other half was doing the Great North Run. The staff were so helpful polite and attentive. The room was excellent spacious .really comfy beds full bathroom and had everything we needed as well as very quiet. So now comes the restaurant........ wow just wow the food was top notch all freshly cooked and some of the best Italian we have ever had. Portion sizes are not for the faint hearted ie great for a pre run carb load tea for my partner but so...

"Fantastic stay. Stayed for a wedding. Staff really welcoming and friendly throughout. Slightly difficult to find our room, but was lovely when we got into it. We struggled to keep the room cool, but we loved the big bed and huge bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic too. Scenery amazing. Would definitely stay again"
