"This property is in a small town that offers several hikes, waterfalls, and historic sites. The hotel was welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the bar area. Breakfast was a great spread and dinner options were tasty. We stayed for two nights in April 2026. There are several charging stations for electric vehicles. We had plenty of outlets in the room. The bed was great, and extra pillows were available. The wifi wasn't the greatest, but it worked. Great place to stay!"

One of the nicest we've encountered in Iceland. - The receptionist changed our booking month when we got it wrong and helped us cancel one of our double bookings because of the snowstorm. - The restaurant staff, Arna and Jose, gave my daughter boxed apple juice, bread to feed the horses inc baby horses nearby, gave a small gift to my daughter, and a small cake when my daughter told them it was my birthday. Spacious rooms, great bar area with fun games to play during the snowstorm. "
