Luxurious hotel with lovely rooms, great cuisine.

Very nice room with open air bath at the end with lots of amenities including a hand coffee grinder and coffee beans. Great meals, one Italian the other Japanese. Very friendly and helpful staff

We arrived late and we unable to go to the restaurant in the hotel… we walked to the Main Street and all of the restaurants were closed That is our only complaint… every thing was great at this hotel… loved the natural hot springs tub on our balcony

This is the best hotel I ever stayed. The staff - in particular the shuttle drivers, the man who welcomed us at the entrance and the reception - were spectacular. The location is amazing - full nature. We used everyday the onsens although it was very hot outside. Recommended!

クリスマスイベントを楽しみに宿泊しましたが7周年記念をやったからないと言われましたー 残念 夕食の時、料理を運んでくださったスタッフの方がとても優しい方でした！岐阜から来られてるとのことでした！孫達にも声をかけてくださったり、早めに食事を持って来てくださったり 気配りの出来る方で、ありがたかったです ありがとうございました

素泊まりで夜中から11時のチェックアウトまでの短い滞在でしたが、その短い間でもかなり満足できました。 チェックインの時間が少し遅れたので連絡をさせていただいた際、スタッフの方の丁寧な対応で安心して現場へ向かうことができました。 とてもいいホテルだと思います！

快適な宿です。

鹿児島出張のついでに、一泊しました。清潔で、食事も美味しく、大浴場も充実していました。 到着したのが夜9時近くになってしまったのが残念でした。快適な施設で、大浴場、貸切風呂なども楽しめますので、早めに到着して長時間ゆっくりすることをお勧めします。風呂上がりのアイスが食べられたり、ジュースが飲めたり、コーヒーはフロントにあるマシンでいつでも自由に飲めました。食べませんでしたが、夜食にサービスのラーメンが食べられます。霧島観光の拠点としてまた滞在したいです。

記念撮影を色々と手伝ってくださったり、ホテルから見える桜島のビューポイントを教えてくださったり、とても良くしていただけました。お風呂上がりのアイスも嬉しかったし、バスタオルを1人2組ずつ準備していただいていたので朝風呂のときに助かりました。また行きたいです。
